Account Information: Name, business name, corporate email address, password, and WhatsApp phone number.
Catalog Information: Ornaments data, prices, descriptions, and camera imagery uploaded to Jhumka's AI photo enhancers.
Billing Details: GSTIN tags and payment details parsed securely via third-party settlement gateways (we do not store raw credit card numbers).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to maintain your storefront, reconcile order histories, sync WhatsApp Business messages, print packing slips, process transaction fees, and optimize Jhumka's jewelry-specific machine learning models.

3. Sharing of Information

Jhumka does not sell or rent merchant details or buyer lists. We share data only with trusted integration partners connected by the Merchant (e.g. Razorpay for UPI billing, Delhivery or Shiprocket for logistics tracking, or Meta APIs for WhatsApp and Instagram catalog synchronization).

4. Security of Data

We implement robust corporate security measures, including SSL encryption, tokenized OAuth checks, and automated database backups to prevent unauthorised access. However, no database transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Merchant Rights & Data Deletion

Sellers have the right to edit product details, modify domain records, or request complete account termination and permanent catalog data deletion. Requests can be sent directly to our support email listed below.
