Does the 14-day free trial require a credit card?
No, you do not need to provide a credit card or payment details to start your free trial. Simply verify your email, answer a few basic setup questions, and launch your storefront. You will only be asked to pick a plan when the trial ends.
What is the transaction fee and how is it collected?
The transaction fee is a percentage of sales processed directly through Jhumka's checkout. The fee covers payment reconciliation and sync infrastructure. It is settled automatically during your Razorpay / UPI settlements and is reflected on your monthly billing invoice.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. When you change plans mid-billing cycle, our system automatically calculates a pro-rated balance and applies it to your next statement.
Are there any hidden setup or hosting fees?
No, there are absolutely no setup fees, listing fees, or hosting charges. Your monthly/annual SaaS fee covers high-speed secure cloud hosting, daily automated database backups, and custom SSL certificate generation for your domain.
